Delicious sustainably caught seasonal local white flesh fish, usually Hake which is a type of Cod but less dry! Baked under roasted vegetables. Tastes like comfort food, keeps well and retains moisture. Each portion is about half a pound.
Ingredients: Fish, onion, carrot, tomato, parsley, garlic, Zero Acre oil, salt, pepper, bay leaf.
